2010 FO# 39 - Teacup Pinafore

This little pinafore fulfils a request from a grandmother for her granddaughter. The colour is a beautiful lilac. Will be handing it over tomorrow at SnB.

Close up of the flower detail:

For a size idea I did indeed torture my youngest!

Apparently the little one it is for is an inch or two shorter and quite petite so I figure it should fit her since he is wearing it with two tops and a pair of pants underneath! I'm assuming the Grandma is going to buy the buttons.

Vital stats
Yarn: Naturally Loyal
Needles: Knit Pro nickel circulars in 4.5 and 5.0 mm sizes
Pattern: Teacup Pinafore by Carol Feller from Interweave knits Summer 2010 issue.
Started: August 11, 2010
Finished: September 6, 2010

All up 21.5 hours of work. Had to modify the skirt length and bodice to fit a smaller child, details on my Rav page.
